PDMU (Personal Development and Mutual Understanding)
In Cairncastle Primary School, PDMU is used practically in a variety of ways.
Through PDMU, our aim is
- to help children to build on personal skills,
- to develop self esteem and self conficence,
- to understand their emotions,
- to realise the importance of a healthy lifestyle
- to build positive relationships within school, their family and the wider community
